zoho has blocked me in twitter, here is my reply

@Sridhar Vembu Sivanandam Srinivasan - did u see this, i gave lots of feedbacks for zoho in twitter for its improvement, but admin of zoho-twitter-account has blocked me, please educate him/her that "the most unhappy customer is greatest source of learning" - bill gates
